About the Job
Join our Team

At YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, we believe every girl deserves to feel seen, supported, challenged, and empowered. Our team creates engaging, meaningful experiences that help girls build confidence, discover their strengths, and realize their potential. We're looking for creative, energetic teammates who genuinely enjoy working with youth and are excited to make a lasting impact every day.

Every day looks different. One day you may be leading an after-school club, the next planning a school break camp for 70–100 girls, facilitating a leadership workshop for our Alum Collective, partnering with a school, or celebrating a young person who has discovered confidence she didn't know she had. Whether you’re working with a small group or leading a large camp, your ability to create engaging, well-organized and life-changing experiences matters.

Collaboration is at the heart of our team. We share ideas freely, brainstorm together, celebrate one another's successes, and jump in to help wherever we're needed because we all share one purpose: creating the best possible experience for our girls. If you're energized by meaningful work, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and believe learning should be engaging, relationship-centered, and fun, we'd love to meet you.
